Spanish River Park
Boca Raton, Florida

Nothing like fresh fish, after fishing off the coast of Florida with Captain Don Dischert we caught Mahi Mahi and headed off to the picnic. Florida was absolutely beautiful. This first picnic was very special, my Grandmother's 90th Birthday at a beach park she took me to as a kid. I learned a valuable lesson that day. The recipe for a great picnic cannot be found in a book or at an exclusive location, nor does it have anything to do with what you eat or how you eat it...It has everything to do with who you are with. It is your family and friends. Without your family and friends, you have nothing.

The Fuller Todd Ranch
Two miles North of Jayton, Texas

My dear friend, Chris Todd blew me away with his version of a picnic. 1400 acres of the Great State of Texas, a chuck wagon and Lanny Fiel and the Ranch Dance Fiddle Band! I have never seen a pig cooked in the ground before. The pictures are amazing.
